Sleeves of Silicone Rubber For Corona Treaters Rolls

We offer a wide variety of different silicone rubber sleeve sizes for rolls on corona treaters.
All our silicone rubber sleeves are manufactured with very high precisions. Our standard colour is orange, but we can offer many different colours.
Our tolerances are on the following:
• Inside diameter
• Outside diameter
• Wall thickness
• The most important and difficult tolerance is to make sure that the difference between the thinnest and thickest wall has a very low difference. The process is referred to as “centro of wall thickness”. In normal cases, it´s down to 0,10mm or for more bigger sleeves 0,15mm. It ensures that once the silicone sleeve is mounted on the roller, and the roller starts to spin, in effect, the sleeve doesn’t move up and down. Resulting in, the distance to the extruded plastic bag/sheet is as stable as possible.
