Sipla Nordic AB – develops and manufactures high quality silicone rubber products

Sipla Nordic AB was founded in Helsingborg – Sweden in 1993. Since then, we have been pioneers in the development and manufacturing of tubing, profiles, seals, and gaskets in high-quality silicone rubber. Our on-site tool shop gives us the capability of designing and creating tools for new products.

In our own mixing department, we can mix different qualities of silicone rubber, so we can later extrude the exact tube or profile our customer demands. We can blend hardness from 20 shore A to 90 shore A and almost any colour. We can add in different additives to fulfil different fire standards or temperature demands. We can tailor-make the exact right silicone quality for our customers products.

We have through our group more than 40 years of experience in the creation of customer specific silicone rubber injection moulded products in solid silicone rubber as well as in LSR (liquid silicone rubber). In our group, we have our own tool (mould) making company to support us and our customers in making the right technical solutions to assure optimal quality and efficiency.

Our development has allowed us to keep up with the latest advances, for example, state of the art machinery and fully operational clean room (Class 100,000).

We have a growing clientele in other European countries due to our expansion efforts. Our development has progressed rapidly over the years. As of today, Sipla Nordic has over 40 employees and we convert in excess of 600 tons of silicone rubber per year into tubes and profiles. Our customers range widely, from small specialised to multi-national companies. Our products range covers many different products in silicone rubber, from standard to advanced special solutions.
